A special visit from Harry's Grandad

John Jones, Harry's Grandfather came to visit us today because he's a flight expert. He was a pilot for many years and still works with the Civil Aviation Authority. We loved looking at his model planes and he answered some of our questions about flight. Thank you John, it was a treat to have you visit us.

Airforce Museum trip

Room 9 and 10 had a fantastic learning experience at Wigram airforce museum today, Friday 1st August. Here are some pictures of us at the museum.

Parachute making and egg drop

We had a great time with our flight challenge today Friday 25th July. We had to make a parachute with a plastic bag, 4 bits of string, 10 pieces of Sellotape, 2 pieces of paper, scissors and a buddy. Oh and don't forget there was a boiled egg involved!
